Hi all -

I've made the change to Linux (Mandrake 9.1) on my main home box - only way to force myself to learn this stuff.

Is there a way to control mouse speed for a standard PS2 mouse? This is called 'Pointer Speed' under the Motion tab in Windoze control panel .

I'm finding that it takes a whole bunch more physical mouse movement to get across the screen in Linux than in W2K. I poked around in the Mandrake Control Center but didn't find anything other than mouse type.

Look in the KDE control center (if you are running KDE) under Peripherals>Mouse
looks like that's where it is on my box
