Well, in my case it's actually 9 individual islands lumped together under one name--
7 of them are spread out on (4)1133 MHz duallies with a gig of RAM, and then I have a pair of 800 MHz boxes as well. They are all on 24/7 connections. They are on a mix of Win2K and WinXP; except for one of the 800's which is up on Linux.

One question for you -- are you calling for the Server Virtual Machine in your Island script?
It apparently runs a good deal quicker if you do-- see here (http://www.cogs.susx.ac.uk/users/mmg20/dhe/faq.php#fastest) for the gory details.

I already have the non-SDK installed, but am going to install SDK now, too. ? .
I will stop all that is running on 'puter and restart and let you know what happens.

Tks for the feedback!

Right- you have to install the sdk, then pick up the Server directory and copy it into your non-SDK
installation. Then you'll be good to go.

Your page looks good-- nice little summary.

Tks again shep. Can I call ya shep?

I suppose-- but considering I rescued your production, something like "O Noble One" might be more appropriate

Re: webpage editors---
try 1st Page 2000 here (http://www.evrsoft.com/)
or maybe HTML-Kit here (http://www.chami.com/html-kit/)
or even Arachnophilia over here (http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/)

I have used all of them back when I was doing some editing, and had good luck w/ all of them--
I liked HTML-Kit best, but I suggest grabbing all 3 and seeing which suits you.

Of course Real Men code their HTML in Notepad..........:rotfl:

tks.
Those 3 allow you to edit html and preview the page.
- I want to edit the page like in frontpage express and then have access to the source code / html.

:drums:

FYI:
1ST PAGE HAS A VIRUS, HAVE ANTI-VIRUS ON SYSTEM BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!!

Ok, a buddy found something, Web Matrix. (It rocks)
- Follow instructions, you may have to install .net Framework!

tks for help, as always.
