Implemented a few changes in the MD5CRK stats

I put in some rudimentary milestones and user movement on the team pages.

p.s. I also ported the engine to Eon (http://stats.open-dc.org/eon)

and Lifemapper (http://stats.open-dc.org/lm)

Lifemapper has a few bugs remaining so it remains in beta, but it proved to me that the engine worked as it only took an hour or so to get it up and running (Almost all differences are just config options).

Eon updates hourly whilst Lifemapper runs at 9.35/21.35 GMT
