Under Linux.
I can't seem to get the -Methodology and -Beta to shut off.
It gives me an error when they are at the end of my big long string. No error for these: -projects "+HIV-Cancer-Agrochemicals-Proteome-AntiBioterror-Malaria"

When I use ./fadsetup -list it still shows them as "YES".

When I use ./fadsetup -projects "-Methodology" it works but then -list still says yes -- I didnt shut down or restart anything however.

Not critical because it did download HIV this time.

Methodology is always switched on.

This is to ensure that even when all of the more important projects have run out of work we are still doing something useful.

Not sure why the option to switch out of Beta isn't working though :confused:
