I've got quite the stash of drives and RAID cards here that are just taking up space so I think I'm gonna dump some of them on Ebay. I'm still trying to decide what I'm going to keep & what I'm going to get rid of, but here's one I know for sure I'm going to sell:

Dell PERC 2/DC RAID Card - 64mb Onboard Cache (http://support.ap.dell.com/docs/storage/66jvw/Features.htm#Chapter4)
4 x 18.2gb SCA (Hot Swap) 10,000 RPM Drives (2 x Seagate Cheetah 18LP - ST318203LC (http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/specs/scsi/st318203lc.html), 2 x Western Digital Ultra160 Vantage - WD183FK-00ASA0)
EN-8702 Ultra 160 SCA Drive Module (http://twe.enlightcorp.com/products/server/detel.php?kind=servercases&serial=39)

Here's the stuff:

This is everything you need to use the array. The card requires a PCI slot (doesn't have to be a 64bit slot) and the drive bay will fit into any case with 3 open 5.25 bays. The drives are all good (I just took them out of a backup database server) and the setup of the RAID array is handled through the card's BIOS. The card is supported under all Windows NT,2000,XP and most Unix system (Linux included). The cable is included.

I poked around a bit and found refurbished versions of this card going for about $200-$300 and some on eBay for $140-$200. You can get the drives for about $80-$100 a piece on PriceWatch. Most of the places that sell the drive cage are overseas and seem to be selling it for about 180 euro ($220 or so). I have the front cover off of the cage in the picture, but it comes with it.

I'll probably ask about $450 or $500 for the group. If anyone here is interested, I'd sell it cheaper, though.

I've also got a couple of other RAID cards and a handful of regular SCSI cards (mostly Adaptec) here that I'll get rid of so if anyone needs a SCSI card, let me know...
