If I have no filelist.txt in my distributed folding folder (say that five times fast!:)), and I have *.val.bz2 files in there, is it safe to assume I can delete those because they'll never get accepted?

now that we have switched to a new protein, yes, they won't get uploaded, so you can kill them, they are just taking up space
