More stat weirdness??

I did some real quick calculations and give or take a couple of gigahertz, Kipling1T is running at an approximate speed of 40 gigahertz. And the MTL islands aren't much behind. Is something funny going on?

Oh, these are running on an experimental server with some new code that evaluates circuits about 25 times faster. I forgot to set the effort metric down for these... I'll do that immediately and reset their stats. Their daily (transient) stats are still there but the global ones have been fixed.

If this code proves to be good to work with evolution it will be going out to all islands soon.
