Connection problem

Hi,

Does anyone know why I failed uploading my results, and I always get this message :

It's always the same error! I'm beind a firewall, but the firewall itself is running a Unix version of Folding@Home and can upload results.... however the firewall rules are the same for this box than for mine....

Any help?

Make sure your setup is correct, and you are not using a proxy of any kind, or have the right configuration for your proxy. I will take a closer look on our end, although nothing has changed on the server side to cause this.

I just installed the client on my box and it has never uploaded results, but apparently it can download the file to perform since I have more than 55 gens buffered!!??
The weirdest thing is I don't have any proxy here on this home network, but I have a firewall on a Unix box, whick I configured to let get through any packages on port 80 from inside to outside the LAN.
On the other hand I installed the client on this Unix gateway/firewall box and this client can upload results without any problem!
But I really think this Unix box is under the same firewall rules that are used for other boxes on the LAN.

By the way my box is a Windows XP box without any personal firewall, and the Gateway/Firewall is a FreeBSD 4.9 box.
The problematic client is on XP, the one on FreeBSD runs perfectly!

Hi folks,
since Friday I experienced the same problem as described above. I changed nothing on my client nor on my Internet connection or any firewalls I have.
I'm running the text client on a WinXP System. I use ZoneAlarm on my local PC and an SuSe 9.0 router with the standard SuSe firewall running.

Try redownloading a fresh complete client from the downloads page. Some minor adjustments were made that may help resolve your problem.
