do all versions seg fault when the server is down? or just the one i picked?

The windoze clients just went into snozze mode, trying to contact the server every so often. didn't even have to restart them - they just picked up and started crunching again.

Sounds like you got a bum client .

FoBot,

use the 1.0.0.1 client. The .2 is a POS and segfaults all the time.
