WinKDFold V3.5 Folding 1,2 Genome & DF

Hi All,
New in release 3.5
1.Fixed a problem with the new proteins seems P700_SRC/Peptide has a trailing space on it.

2.Added a Passive FTP support for those few services that use this. Do not use this unless
your ISP requires passive ftp support to upload your HTML stat pages.

3.Fixed some more visual issues and some component spacing issues.

All KDFold Skinned versions have a rollup button on them in the title bar
they are different for each skin.

Hey Robert, any chance of you adding monitoring support for other DCs??? Namely, Seti? I love SetiWatch, but it doesn't handle my *nix clients very well, and I don't like MSetiMon....

I have not looked into SETI in along time. Do you have
examples of what you would like to see and do you think it would
fit in the current KDFold screen layout as a client?

I would just like to see whether or not the client was running (indicated by the lock.sah and the pid.sah) and the percentage complete. Not sure whether or not it would fit easily into the other screen tho....

I am running DF. I was hoping your monitor would show me the elapsed time for each WU. Am I missing something? Is it there someplace?

Hi,
I had run into a date conversion issue because of the different
style date formats. I am currently working on code to handle
this issue and then will include it in future releases. Currently
work unit length could be calculated from the HTML stats by
subtracting start time from complete time.

This is on my list of needed updates.
