Running TKC in Linux

Alright masters of Linux, is there any way to run this TKC client on RH9?

I've tried doing it in Wine but it doesn't work at all even if I've gotten some .dll file that was needed.

So, I am totally lost. Any hints will be appreciated.

I've totally given up on TKC on Linux. Can't get it to run.
