Connecting, but not sending

I have two machines that have over 200 DPs in batch Complete: One has 1200+ the other 240+. Both have connected to the stats server that I can tell because the DPs in batch Remaining: keeps resetting to 200 after it hits 0. And the DPs complete goes up.

I have upgraded both these machines to the 1.0.7_win32 and I have a few others running the same version but have been cycling fine.

The one with 1200+ is running on . . .

XP1700+
256MB RAM
Win XP Pro SP1

The other is . . .

PIII800EB
256MB RAM
Win ME

The one w/ 1200+ DPs seems to have sent. The one w/ just the 250+ is now upto 350+. It's only got about 40 DPs remaining before it's supposed to rollover to 200. I'm guessing it will send then?

That seems to be the case on the one w/ 1200+.

It sends DPs in batches of 200, if for some reason it couldn't connect at this point it would wait until the next 200 and then try again.
