Color Code Please

We've been running the screensaver for a while.
It's been fun to watch the folding images but ...

What do the color's mean?

Earlier units of work have had only blue, red, and grey for display colors. Now we have a yellow.

Couldn't find anyplace on the folding site that said.

You mean colour of atoms?
Red - oxygen
blue - nitrogen
white - hydrogen
gray - carbon
yellow - sulphur
