transfer question

say i have a box that does 30,000 units but for some reason cant send them... is there any way to say transfer them to another computer and do the send?

Hi,

you just have to copy the buffer-files ( [Handle]_protein_*.bz2 and fold_[HANDLE]_*.bz2) and the filelist.txt.

Be sure to convert the filelist.txt to the right ascii-format (if you transfer to another OS).

Or just copy the whole directory ;)
