FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE is here!

I was looking at the information provided Here (http://www.freebsd.org/) and it looks pretty impressive.

Has anyone tried it or used it yet ?

Only one problem so far, and that is with pdnsd. It simply doesn't work, leaving errors like this behind:

pdnsd[470]: Error in udp send: Invalid argument

Haven't figured out why this is happening yet, but all in all everything in 5.3 is OK. Haven't got an SMP box to test, but if I did I'd love to see how this release performs.

It's pretty impressive, but then FreeBSD usually is.

To be honest, I'm really looking forward to Solaris 10. I've been playing with the pre-release stuff (Solaris Express (http://wwws.sun.com/software/solaris/solaris-express/get.html)) and it's pretty swanky. :thumbs:
