Hi, I start dhep in a console on my linux box. However, the GUI will still pop up on my GNOME desktop, when X is running at the same time. I usually don want to have my taskbar cluttered with minimized apps. So would it be possible to have a -nogui option or something like this, to avoid the gui completely?
That would be great for me.

P.S. How about a quick status update how the complex circuits are coming along? E.G. why isn't parsimony used any more? And why was the run restarted several times? Did we got stuck in a local maximum?

These are all good suggestions (especially about a nogui option -- I usually move the window to my second desktop in KDE).

Miguel has been pretty responsive to questions about the circuit in progress.

The pop up window is stopped or never appears when running DHEP with IBM java.

Cheers,

Unfortunately not true. It pops up for me, using IBM's blackdown.

For the record I'm using IBM Java 2 SDK 1.40.
