Few questions

Where on my computer can I see at what stage a work unit is at?
How long is a work unit these days? constant?
Can I 'do' anything with it, or just watch and wait?

How do I get stats?
I have 18 completed yet do not show in AMD_Users, but, when I joined, the number of people without stats went from 9 to 10.

Go back the Eon site and make sure you join a team.

I did join a team, but it only shows when I search for my email address as though it were a user, there it shows I am member of AMD Users; yet the credit goes to meckano.

Can you please show me an example of a correct 'client.cfg' file's contents.
- The email (1st part) shows as meckano and...

... my log has all errors.

It is like I have 2 accounts, one as meckano, the other as my email address.
I can not find how to edit my account as meckano, as it always asks for an email address. odd.

It should be your email address as you correctly assume. You'll have to email Graeme (the project admin) to fix it

His email link should be on the Eon website :)

It is a bit buggy with team selection too.

From recent news from Graeme, the project is going to be upgraded in the future..
