Hyperlink the Current Team Rank Projects box

Was thinking it would be convenient if the Current Team Rank's box on the front page was hyperlinked. Either the project text or the team rank number..or maybe both..pointing to separate locations?

The TEXT of the project name, links to the respective Free-DC Team page, and from that Free-DC project page, we try to provide all the information and hyperlinks one could need/want, for that particular project.

If there is something lacking on a team page, then someone with some free time on their hands should jump in and create some content. Then ya can email that to us and we will get it put up there. ;)

You don't need to know any HTML coding or formating, we can take care of that on this end.

It's just hard for us to come up with everything one needs or wants for every section on every team... :help:

That Rank panel is automatically updated every 3 hrs, starting at 2am PDT :D

If the natives are still restless, I'll go back and redo the changes and add the extra linkage to the numbers to... :o

Ok, we finally got around to enhancing the Team Activity Panel a tad.

If you click on the Project Name,
it will take you directly to that Project Site,
with the stats for our Free-DC Team showing. :D

One of these days/months/this year, we will get around to making the bar graph automatic, unless of course we can convince Dyyryath to toss up one of his fancy DB Driven Health-O-Meters (tm) :p :smoking:

Ok, we made another change to the Rank Panel today.
Tax Bracket made the suggestion Just an idea, but in each Project area, how about a link directly to the corresponding project forum in the Navigation Panel, as well as to 'All Forum's which we currently have. which got me to thinking, as I have been using the Rank Panel link to hit other project sites that don't have a home page here on Free-DC.org yet. ;)

TEXT for the name "Free-DC SETI" for example, hyperlinks you to the projects homepage.
I'll get around to using the actual Rank ##s, as suggested, to link to the actual Projects Stats for our Team on thier site in a few days. Hope that's mo betta :)

Not taken down, they keep changing the stats pages enough to bork my regexp. This one will require Dyyryath to make another visit to the rank.pl script to toss in some more of his magic for the NEO sub function thingamagiggybobthang. :help:

Hopefully Mike will get back to me tonight about the location of the new txt stats, so I can get Dyr to get some stats for us to look at that are appealing. The DPC stats never work, but that's because, like you said, they completely changed up the stats over on the Neo project.
