The last few updates have been much lower than normal ?

Note that the stats are running every 30 mins now....so it will appear that the updates are half what they were before on each run, you just get two of them every hour instead!

Also, the times for the client doing a unit will fluctuate depending on what the server is actually computing. I seem to remember that Graeme mentioned that different simulations take different times too.

Did that go through change management :D

Of course ;)

I did put it in my comments which appear at the top of each stats page though.....

Any reason you can't use the current client ??

On a dial-up line I believe and needs a cache. Unfortunately Graeme told me he wasn't able to do a cache within the design limitations on the project, so that new client isn't going to happen, at least one with caching.

Plus it's good to see our output is climbing again. :)

Well it looks like our output wasn't high enough cause USD is ahead of us again in the daily output. :( But, there's always tomorrow as the saying goes.....

We took an 18k hit when Beyond left us and returned to Team BEos. Otherwise we would have probably ended up on top. I am sure we will take back our daily 1st position today.

We seem to be ahead on the 30 min updates so it must have been Beyond leaving that upset the Stats yesterday.

Anyway I better crack open the throttle a bit because rjkc4 is crawling up my tailpipe :D

Ah... I hadn't looked for anyone leaving.... an obvious solution. Yep rjkc4 is a crunching like the dickens!!

If you have Intel HT machines don't forget that you can run two instances of eOn. Just copy the eOn folder to a second folder and then schedule a new task.

I used to make a directory for each instance of EON I wanted to run.
EON1, EON2 etc.

But there is no need just run client.exe as many times as you like from the same folder.

Looks like another departure is going to make today's stats look a bit low.
