I did a quick calculation on the amount of ranges felt below the limit of proth.
Looks like we have ~350T left before we need a new client, so my projection way back when of running out of ranges before 2006 looks like it maybe correct.
Question if we will find another prime by then... I think so.
Just posting this out there to see what people think, doesn't seem to be much discussion about the project lately.
Sieve will go on there is always higher n with other programs, prehaps go deeper into factoring or invest in doublechecks. The possibility of switching to one k at a time if we no longer sieve new ranges.
If you don't consider sieve doesn't the way the project hands out n change?
