Just add a Power Supply, your HDD and 2 Heat Sinks with Fans -

$250 each - plus shipping

This is not an Asus PC-DL motherboard, therefore no overclocking capabilities.
However, the LV Xeons processors are capable of overclocking. ;)

OK, I'll bite.
I would like to buy ONE(mobo,cpu's and memory) of these.

Please figure the shipping to Las Cruces New Mexico and let me know the total.
I can send a check this weekend or I can do paypal one day next week. The paypal
delay would be the three days it takes to fund a paypal account.
