What do you think of the Thermalright SI-97? Good or Bad? I got it to replace an old ALX-800, but it seems to have less of an effect than the old heatsink. I changed fans too, though.

All done with AMD Athlon XP 3000 +
All other parts the same

Old Cooling:
Thermalright ALX-800
Arctic Alumina (I'm too clumsy to use Silver, I'm afraid of messing up my CPU)
Vantec Tornado 80mm

New Cooling:
Thermalright SI-97
Arctic Alumina
Panaflo 92 mm

Old Temperature under load (No overclock):
38-40 C

New Temperature under load (No Overclock):
48-50 C

Maximum old Overclock:
196 FSB x 13 @ 1.75 v = 2548 Mhz (stable)

New Overclock:
183 FSB x 13 @ 1.85 = 2379 Mhz (stable)

What's going on? Is there some type of problem with the heatsink? I had read that the SI was better. Or could it be the fans? The Panaflo sounds a lot less loud, though.

Thanks.
