It is now again possible to create accounts.
The plan is to run several tests over the next few days. These tests mark the end of Pre-alpha and the beginning of the Alpha stage of this project.

The newest client version seems to behave much better than the previous ones. Preparations are being made for the switchover to the Public Alpha stage of this project.
