Undo Assignment

I was watching Eon working, going through all of it's steps.It connects the server then I keep seeing where it says undo assignment.Is this what it's supposed to do? :Pokes:

The undo assignment function releases the memory that is allocated when a work unit is obtained from the server. This memory is cleared and reallocated when a new work unit is obtained. The name comes from the framework under which eon is implemented. The pair of functions, DoAssignement and UndoAssignment are called by the framework when a work unit is obtained and finished respectively.
