Second CASP5 Target is Up

The second CASP5 target has been released. The second target is 114 AA. It was released 29 May, and has a expire date the same as the first target - 26 Aug.

It appears that the second target is similar to the first in that they are both H. influenzae.

Yup. That one is homologous to other proteins of known structure though, so it will be 'solved' a different way, without distributed computing (basically borrowing from the similar protein of known structure).

Do I understand correctly that scientists at SLRI will be attempting to solve this protein as well, using more 'traditional' methods?
