Unable to use the Stats Tool Configuration

I've never been able to use the Stats Tool to configure my account. Main reason for needing it is so I can input my CPID so I can view my stats.

When I click the Stats Tool link on the side menu it takes me to a page that asks whether I would like to create an entry in the database. It has a CREATE selection button. I click on it and nothing happens.

I go back to the side menu and the entry for Your Stats Page now has a bolded entry (Enter your cpid on statstool and login to use)

But I am already logged in and I am never given any way to input my CPID.

Based on other posts about this issue. It seems that function is broken and won't be fixed. Perhaps Bok should remove that link from the page so people don't keep trying to use it.
