    Torchwood

Anyone watched this Doctor Who spinoff?

I just watched the 1st ep last night and was kind of surprised at the language used. Seems they have deliberately targetted it away from mainstream Doctor Who audience which seems odd.

Still, thought it was ok, even though it was just a 'introducing' ep. I'll watch the 2nd ep tonight.

I think you will like it

much more "adult" and some pretty good story lines.

    Personally i thought it sucked.
Biggest negative is the awful Captain Jack character.

Watched them all. OK but a bit variable and definitely more adult than Dr Who?
Maybe a bit too much of a stretch from the Dr series. The Beeb also made sure you got plenty of chances to see it tho`.
Like an ol` 8086, slow but serviceable.
One advantage of old age...nobody can tell you how much cake you can eat
