    day is not 100%, as i am on 24 hour call for our service deptment.

    1st call was at 1am this morning, got back to bed at 4am. then a call at 11, just finished at 12:30

    Have spent the morning at Mercedes-Benz driving some 525BHP supercharged red monster around there Brooklands test track.

    Much fun, was a suprise present from the wife!!

    Then sat and watched the F1 grand prix in peace

    Just been out for a meal, feeling very full

    For some reason they wanted to keep the car. Had great fun on the skid pan with it.
    But the best was zero to 90mph (ish) then smashing the brake peddle, ABS stop back to zero

    My grandmother had her 80th birthday on the 6th. Someone counted the candles on the cake and said,"Hmmm, 8 candles. That's a candle for every ten years." So, I then put my foot in my mouth by saying,"Yeah, 80 candles would be a fire hazard," but caught myself and added,"Congratulations, Grandma."
