QCN Taiwan not updating?

The stats for QCN Taiwan don't seem to be updating here, even though the stats files in the project stats directory are being updated.

FWIW A.N.Other stats site *is* updating correctly

Do I remember the project URL changing a while ago? Maybe it's that.

Not the url. Ownership of a temp file was incorrect, so it couldn't overwrite it with the new one, so it thought it had nothing to do. Ugh, It'll update fairly soon.
