    P-1 Factoring Survey

I'd like to find out which P-1 factoring programs are in use. If everyone is using Prime95/mprime/sprime and not the SBfactor programs, we could simplify the documentation for new users.

But we are only talking about P-1 factoring here.

For ECM what you propose, is best. But again we are in the P-1 factoring thread and are talking about P-1 factoring.

    Oh Oh... ECM6.0 does stage 2 -pm1.

I thought P-1 stage2 was faster with ecm6.0 as well

I also think so - but AFAIK, there is no (comfortable) way to let ecm resume a stage1 P-1 of prime95.
I haven't tried it, though, so if it is possible, that would be great!
