Since all tests now have a 30 day expiration,

I think that it would be a very good idea if sieving followed suit.

I'm not saying that you have to finish your reservation in 30 days.
I'm saying that it would be nice to hear from you every 30 days. Just post a progress report.

Any and all comments are welcome.

    Joe O,

You are correct Joe O, I think sievers should check in once in a while just to see how they are coming along. Too see if they need help or are having issues with their sieving ranges. Not mandatory but would be nice.

I can't see that being a problem. If the policy is implemented then can we add something to the sobistrator program to send progress reports automatically for us. And if this is setup then the computer it reports to could tell us when it is no longer reporting in. This could be good for remote computers. Also will help limit the the parts of the ranges that need retesting.

BTW: A week or two left on my reservation.

I could implement something in the SoB Reservation site to allow checking in automatically by programs. How does that sound?
