Added the following projects to statstool, users, teams, dcr, signature etc etc

sci

also added the following 4 projects which are not quite active yet..

cos - Cosmology@Home
hyd - Hydrogen@Home
ncs - NCSSM
csr - CosmicRays@Earth

some of these might not come to being, but it was easier to add them now..
