There is already a user by that name using the optusnet.com.au email address. Do you still have that email address? In which case you should be able to do a request a lost password here.

Is it possible to change my name to that of my BOINC name - Cruncher Pete as I do not have an option to do that and I can not register Cruncher Pete as it states that the email address is in use. I can't even delete my account.

The problem is that when I use the forgot password using the optusnet.com.au account which is my main ISP account, the system says it does not exist. Perhaps deleting my account altogether could fix this for in theory I should be able to register than as Cruncher Pete.
