New Workunits: the calculation of similarities and features of approx. 1,200,000 new sequences, that were imported from protein databases and metagenomes into SIMAP until the end of March, will start in the morning (UTC) of March 31.
This is a lot of work for SIMAP (could take a couple of weeks to crunch), each workunit takes 45mins to 1 hour to process and we are still languishing in 47th place. If you have some spare capacity over Easter please give it over to SIMAP.
