    New DC Directions

Well.... after piling up over a million points on Quantum FIRE Alpha and helping get Free-DC up the ladder a ways, it's time for a change, for me.

Going back to Poem@Home for a while, I think. I'm up to 900K there, so a million isn't that far off. Plus it's been slipping in the ranking pretty badly. Don't know if I've got enough horsies to bring it back very far, but every little bit helps.

What're ALL Y'ALL working on these days?

    Orbit@Home!
Superb on Linux. Better do as much as possible before the server gets clogged down like it usually does on popular boinc projects

I've had to back off on Orbit. It was just too transfer intensive for my poor old network when combined with the GPU projects. I'm now trying to concerate on Primaboinca. The numbers are looking good but I could use a little more help.

Hi, alpha. Yep, foldin' just as fast as I can. Oops, got a crease in that one. Gots to be careful.

Personally, I go for the milestones only right now. Any new badges I'll attain and I'll go for 10k/100k in new projects. Right now, I'm running a new project for Sudoku who aren't actually exporting their stats just yet. The new BOINC Eon too..

Hmmm. I just attached to that. But it has the same project name as the original Sudoku project which completely baffles BOINC manager. As a result, I'm now detached from the original, and unable to reattach

FTAOD, I know the original has been dead for ages, but I like to keep one machine attached to all projects, even dead ones, just so I can see how many projects I've ever played with

I've got a machine connected to both just fine. Old one is suspended but it hasn't caused any conflict at all..

Hmmmm. Poem is giving me some problems while they're playing around trying to make "improvements". I may switch a box or two over and try the BOINC version of EON until Poem gets their stuff together.
