Thumbs up Old Stats Issues 2012

New Stats Issues Thread - Post all your issues here - Before posting please read the old thread as we be working on it..
When posting about a bug can you include as much information as possible especially if it is a layout issue as these maybe very specific to the browser being used and if possible a screenshot

    Many Thanks.

    Current Issues being worked on:
Layout Issue - Being Resolved, need more info, working fine in Firefox v3.6.28, v9.0, Chrome 18.x , Safari (latest), IE 8 in Compatibility mode.
Font size - Resolved, it should be back to 11pt.

The charts no longer have that 3d look as we have switched to a different plot engine which is using the Canvas ability of HTML 5 to render the charts, I know there are few minor issues and 2 pages have yet to be switched over but I am working on that too.
    Semi-retired from Free-DC...
I have some time to help.....
I need a new laptop, but who needs a laptop when you have a phone...
Now to remember my old computer specs..

I still think they look awful. Is it not possible to go back to what we had?

the new graphs hurt to view. the red monthly bar graph in the users page is even worse.

also i cant navigate between pages anymore, the [TOP] [NEXT] [PREVIOUS] [BOTTOM] buttons are gone from my teams page and the left navigation bar is also gone

Ok what browser / version you using?

And since the consensus seems to be "we don't like" I've reverted them for now... I'm going to play with them some more and then see, maybe.

not to discourage you from playing with new changes, by all means give it a try. Google and their recent changes have just me in a bad mood about changing things. >_>

keep playing with it, just maybe a color scheme and style that doesnt hurt the eyes as much

idk it was coming and going problem, havent seen it since after you changed the graphs back.

opera supports like 21 web standards so should be fine

It seems that there is a problem with the Percentage of Total BOINC score : . On both the team and my stats it shows the percentage as 0.00000
19 primes found. The largest: 1351*2^617684+1 (185945 digits)

named after the users who requested them

Vaios are #projects where you are in the top 5 for your joining date...
Maxwells are more complicated as they are dependant on the MM's themselves - #MM's where you have at least 1/2 the number of the top person in that category. Had to do some fancy coding for that one!

    Oh.

    So I have:

    Percentage of Total : 0.00000000000072%
    Percentile : 99.61133%

Seems to be correct though. Scaling up my total points by 100/percentage gives

    1,445,294,166,666,666,666,667

And the total on the 'all projects' page is

    1,454,595,226,749,329,997,824

I thought I was doing well by having a reasonably high percentile.

    Apparently not.

    I feel insignificant

Having said that, I see STE\/E only has 0.00000000061321% - That makes me feel a bit better

unfortunately the Edges@Home stats are skewing it all. Think I'll have to filter the bad user out now given the admins haven't...

Looks like you've done it. The percentages look more sensible now. I now feel slightly less insignificant

Hmm Ubuntu 11.04 in a VM (fresh install) running Opera 11.64 so maybe an update is needed or maybe a corrupt user profile, I've seen this happen in Firefox..

I even tested it on the a page with the other graphs worked fine...

My stats page shows up as correct and list my team as team musketeers as per my CPID. However when I wish to see my teams stats, It is still listed as Seti.USA, which was changed long time ago. In effect this is not a great problem for I am also an Admin in Seti.USA, but idealy I would like to see my own team stats listed first. Is this a bug or is there a setting that I can access to choose?
Keep on Crunching and have a nice day...

    Quick search :
    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...129a341d50748b
Ah I think I see the possible problem...
Some projects that you've not done for a while show you as SETI.USA still due to that is the team you crunched it in, maybe need to recrunch that with the right team for it to show correct?

actually, perhaps he means the 'Your teams page' link on the sidebar - which is not automatically set, it's changed within statstool (legacy non BOINC) - given the vast majority of people do BOINC, if a user is logged in and has their cpid setup within statstool - we could do this on the fly.
