When foldtrajlite prompts you to update on a windows system, if you say no it does not update but still continues running. It will upload work or start processing work again.
If I try the same thing on either Solaris or Linux the client just hangs. Most of the time it won't even take a yes as input. Auto update seems to work fine but the manual update has some issues on Unix.
