Shoft is commercial.

Other teams have already decided not to participate.
IMHO We should do the same.

BTW
Some folks are already refering to this project as "shaft"

Why would you want to chrunch for a commercial site? Are they going to be paying you??? Found this about them:

Russian site but there is some english information at http://www.shoft.net/en/. This project will be a commercial offering with companies paying them to use the Shoft platform for processing tasks (which seems a bit cheeky to me seeing as how they'll be getting all the work done for free by the users voluteering their CPU time!).

I did see that, you must have posted while I was composing my reply...

Seems strange that they would accept payment for projects while using volunteers... Hmmmm.....

Don't worry about it.
The sites in Russian and there aren't any forums there.

I read about Shoft on the Boinc Synergy forum.
They debated the merits of the project after someone kindly translated the Russian text.
