Seems that Level 3 communications (Earthlink and MSN) are having a spiff with Cogent and are refusing to carry Cogent's web traffic. Since I am on Level 3, I fired up dimes to see if I could connect to cogent.com, no luck!
Frem what I have read, this is affecting about 12% of internet traffic, not sure when it will be fixed.....
No wonder the UN wants to get involved with the control of the net!
