Sorry if my question seemed obtuse.
I have a friend who isn't on the Internet, but that I want to get involved in DCing. If someone could describe the pitfalls and solutions I will face if I sneakernet him and give him his own username, that would be helpful. I'm hoping to get him involved with a per hour local hosting service, but I fear they may all be a long distance call away for his modem.
Basically, I'm wanting to know things like how a test needs to go unupdated before it decides it's expired, sneakernetting rules so that I can update his "session" without interfering with my own SOB stuff, etc.
Thanks in advance.
