Welcome Evilmoose
I have yet to run out of Rosetta work, using a 2 day connect interval.
If you're runing Windows, the 5.2.x BOINC software does a much better job of estimating crunch times to keep the queue full.

I have noticed that even if you pick 1 or 2 day connect times, completed WUs will upload immediatly after they are done, and the client will also try to download more work to keep the queue filled.
Which seems a bit strange, but works out well for me so I get my stats updated right way and in case the server is down/out of work for some reason, I still have a bunch of WUs to crunch to last through it.
