There is no link on News.com. It just says goto Dell.com to get it. I figure it's not being heavily advertised on the site because a ton of "Deal of the Day" sites would be raping it. Do a little searching on Dell.com and you may be able to find it. I'll take a looksy for it myself.

Oops, I misunderstood. It's if you BUY a brand-new machine, they give the free upgrade. I already have one and was looking for a free upgrade, like to maintain customer loyalty or something. Thanks for pointing it out, though.
