Even when you're away from second-pass, your scoring method is still unfair and inaccurate.

May I please recommend that you take a good look at Riesel Sieve's scoring method for LLRing?:

7.5^(ln(n/524288))*100

While your amount of work for an n value for prp may be different from the amount of work for LLRing the same n-value, I'm sure some intelligent person could adjust the equation to work for prp.

Please seriously consider the possibility of using this formula or and adjusted version of it.

the correct scoring formula has already been determined (see elsewhere on these forums)

the delay is its just not quite as easy 'dropping in a new formula'.
its having to rework the scoring system, rescore all the old test etc.. and various other bits'n'peices

the current plan is to intorduce the new scoring system with the new client (which is under development)

so be patient.. remember most (possbly all) of the admin people here have full time jobs aswell.

to check the status of the new client (version3) chekc out the wiki at http://wiki.seventeenorbust.com/

you could even offer to help. :)
