I came home today to descover my dual zeon down. I have had this problem 2 other times and just fired it back up with no issues.

I know I should have been concerned then but I couldnt trace down why and just slowed the clock down a little and hoped for the best.

Now it wont fire up at all and the green power LED on the motherboard is BLINKING:umm:

Has anyone seen this before? I do have one powersupply I could try but I have to tear down my X2 to do it:bang: Any other ideas?

Can't say I've had any trouble at all with my PC-DL. It's been running at 3Ghz for over a year..

Might want to PM Jeff as he is probably the resident expert on these boards.. but like anything else. I'd clear the CMOS and try a boot that way. See how it does.

Evilmoose Does your MB restart after a power failure?
If It does not, and you do not run on a backup. you might be losing power for a split Sec.
when your power Co. changes from one suppler to another:swear:

Do the fans spin up?

Have you tried the board without the GFX card and memory plugged in just the CPUs?

The only thing I can get to do anything is the standby power light on the mobo lights up. It quit blinking and stays on stedy like it should.

There is nothing obivious like a blown cap, Ive pulled the all the cards, undid the ram voltage mod and I still cant even get a fan to spin.

I guess Ill try the PS thats running my X2. Im out of other ideas.

Well its not the PS. I have no way to test the processors, this is my only zeon. What could it be other than the mobo? I dont have the cash for another one to see if its bad.

Have you tried taking the cpu's out and reseating them? Perhaps just put one in at a time?
