What's in New Version 1.8.0
Added emprot.dat file used to display Protein/Points info.
Added Points Per Hour Calculation.
Added Points Per Day Calculation.
Added Frames Per Protein Selection.

This is mostly a stats release. I have added a new file that you can either download or if not present, EM generates the first time you start this version. I will keep a copy of the latest file on the web site. As soon as I know about new proteins and values I will add them and update the file on the web site. You can edit the file yourself if you like. The data is formated like this:
"proteinAg29aNat"
777600
5
The first line is the name of the protein with double quotes.
The second line is the number of seconds before the protein expires.
The third line is the point value for the protein.

When you get a new protein that EM doesn't recognize, add the name, number of seconds before protein expires, and the number of points the protein is worth. Restart EM and all is well again. You can check the web site for a new file if you want. If you don't find one send me an email with the name of the new protein and I'll add it ASAP.

There is now a points per hour/day calculation based on the number of frames the protein has. Because the number of frames is not consistant, you can't really calculate this unless you know that all the proteins have exactly the same number of frames. There is an informational window that will appear when you press the "Make HTML Page" if the Points Per Hour box is checked. It will show the Sample (total number of proteins being looked at), Total number of Points, The number of Points Per Hour, and the number of Points per Day average each box can do. If only one box and one protein is being looked at then the CPU info will be displayed. This should give you an accurate read on all proteins folding on the system you are looking at. If the protein you are looking at has 50 frames or 10 frames per work unit then the calculations will be wrong unless you change the number in the box next to the Points Per Protein check box. You will get some weird readings if you don't watch that.

Enjoy! :D
