Nice DP, mines still just a hole in the ground (quite deep and full of water,ice and snow) into which I`m pouring money it seems. :looney: And a pretty set of expensive drawings with lots of scribbling on and "You can`t do that" from the planning people stamped in various places. /shrug/.
3 years of hell and corruption, 8 councillors and 2 MPs later for this one to get built. :swear:

What is the SQ footage? How many Bedrooms How big is your back yard ? Dose it have fiber optics cable? What kind of heating / cooling dose it have

Yes, first house, period. It's 3 bedrooms, about 1200 sq feet upstairs. Basement is full. We're planning three rooms down there, a play room for our daughter, an office for me, and a theater room. The office will, at least currently, be designed only to hold the computers I have.

However, we're planning the power runs for much more, just in case.:thumbs:
