Hi all.

I have to do a survey for a class assignment. I was hoping that anyone who has a few spare minutes would be willing to fill it out. http://www.my3q.com/home2/108/ps2pcgamer/26437.phtml

The information is all confidential (the website doesn't even give me the IPs who made it), although the total statistics are available for anyone to view at the end of the survey.

I also just realized that I screwed up the wording on number 3. I mean it works, but it is phrased backwards of how it should have been. Ah well.

They do keep track of who takes the tests... in the csv they list all ip addresses (they seem to append to the file so you can tell what ip answered what question how..)

I had to write an essay about a problem in the fast food industry. It required a survey. A number of the questions were left pretty general as I wanted to get a rough idea for what people thought. The more specific questions near the end were used as statistical evidence (even though it was a small sample size).

I was really curious to find out how people felt about fast food service. The health effects of fast food get quite a bit of media attention, so I decided to focus on the customer service side of things instead.
