Sometime in the next 4-14 days I'm going to be receiving a video ipod and something called MyVu, which is a wearable video player. It has two tiny screens which make the video appear to be a meter in front of you, instead of the inch or so it actually is.
The virtual screen(I assume each screen has identical output) is 320 x 240, is about a meter from my eyes(or appears to be), it's aspect ratio is a normal television's 4:3, and it's diagonal is a virtual(once again only appears to be) 27".
So if you had a screen like that, a meter from your eyes, 27", etc., what bitrate would you assign the video? Or maybe you'd like to recommend a video conversion program. Either is fine.
