For $99 + $99 for shipping you can get a computer (from Office Depot) that comes with a Celeron D 352 chip, an 80GB hard drive and 256MB of memory.
Not exactly what I'd call "stellar" in the way of computers but for $200 you can't pass it up really. And it's an HP! :-p
