View Full Version : Problem with my XP3200+

For some reason my games and crap all over machine has started running SoB like an SoB.

Going from 2million to just of 900,000 cEMs/sec

As far as i can tell nothing has changed it's still using 99% CPU and there doesn't seem anything I can do to make it "wake-up"

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

just running crap.

If it doesn't improve I'll switch it off.

in case you overclocked it, maybe it restarted in "safe mode", with speed minimized ...

right click on my computer, select properties and look if you still have an 3200+

my 2500+ go down to 1200+ when i push the overclocking too high

It shows on My Comp as 2.21GHZ and SiSoft shows it about right for arithmetic benchmark.

It's as if SoB has turned off optimisations.

does cpu id say all is ok?? FSB ok??

This just happend to my multi cpu Opteron box...
I tried ALL kinds of things...
A good "cold boot" finally fixed 'er up.

well Fozzie, have just finished 4 SoB wu's for the team. Only took a week, back on to mans WU's in CPDN!!
